What you´ll do

As a Business Developer predominantly responsible for Pulp & Paper customers, you are accountable for building and developing relationships with key customers to become their trusted partner and integrate into their process flow. You will get to understand their business needs, provide them with innovative and differentiated solutions that create value to both customers and Hilti. You will be responsible for leading account development plans, managing various stakeholders and owning pipeline of sales opportunities.

Do you fit the profile?

We believe that you have a technical background within e.g. mechanical engineering. Experience within Pulp & paper industry and technical sales or business development roles is desirable. You are fluent in both Swedish and English with strong communication and influencing skills.

As a person we believe you are team oriented with a positive attitude and ability to build good and long term relationships. You are self-driven and with the ability to lead and move projects forwards. We also think that you are a structured person who plans and has documentation skills. Of course you are result oriented, flexible and willing to travel inside Sweden. Driving license is a must.
